Each evening depends on the overnight location, weather and day’s programme, with highland evenings forming part of the experience when included in your itinerary

Life at camp

After arrival, our team sets up the tents and camp arrangements while the group rests after the day’s activities

We provide single and double tents with a sleeping mattress, pillow and blanket, and a kitchen team travels with a fully equipped kitchen carried in a dedicated vehicle to prepare meals

The evening offers time to eat, talk about the day’s discoveries and get to know your fellow travellers, or enjoy a quiet moment before sleep

Preparing for the evening

Keep an extra clothing layer and a headlamp or small torch nearby, as conditions in the highlands can differ from those along the coast

Follow the team’s directions when moving around camp, respect other travellers’ rest and keep the setting clean
